1. Placement of order
Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. Haloderma therefore has the option to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations. A binding order confirmation/invoice will only be sent to you once we have dispatched the goods you have ordered. When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail from which it appears which goods you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order. You must be aware that the automatic response (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement has been concluded. The agreement is only binding when you have received an e-mail from Haloderma with information that we have dispatched the item. Your account will not be debited until you have received confirmation and the item has been shipped. In case of partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is deducted. Haloderma keeps a copy of the agreement.
1.1. Reservation of amount
If you use an international payment card such as Visa or MasterCard, the amount is automatically reserved on your account once you have approved the payment. If you subsequently regret your purchase, the reservation will be released as soon as possible. It is the provider of your payment card that decides whether the amount is reserved on your account, already when you approve the payment on haloderma.dk. It is also the provider who decides when a reserved amount is released again if the purchase is cancelled. In this connection, we refer to the agreement with your card issuer for further information.
2. Payment
At haloderma.dk you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay.
In connection with the payment transaction being completed, your payment information will be saved until the individual payment transactions have gone through. Your payment and card details are stored with haloderma’s chosen PCI (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard) certified partner.
The information is therefore stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that meets international security standards until the payment transactions are completed. When you use a payment card on haloderma.dk, only Haloderma’s PCI certified business partner – and not Haloderma – has access to your card information. Processing of your card information is therefore solely a matter between you and Haloderma’s PCI certified business partner, even if it happens while you are using haloderma.dk.
3. Shipping
We offer the following delivery methods:
- PostNord – Delivery to private address or parcel box/post store
Expected delivery time is 1-4 working days. The expected delivery time may vary during peak periods such as after Black Friday. Haloderma is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We only deliver in Denmark.
3.1. Responsibility for delivery
Haloderma is responsible for the order up to the time of delivery. The delivery time is when you get the package in your hands, if you pick it up in a parcel shop, for example. If you have allowed the carrier to place your package in front of your residence, your package will be placed in front of your residence, after which the package is considered delivered. After this, the risk of the package passes to you.
In these cases, the carrier will take a picture of the package when it is delivered in front of your residence. This image is Haloderma’s proof that the package has been delivered correctly. Subsequent claims against Haloderma for defective delivery will be rejected.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;
- Have received your item
- Takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
- Gets physical possession of the last lot or the last part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting us on email contact@haloderma.dk. Remember to state your order number. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.
4.1. Return
You must send your goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the costs of returning the item yourself.
All parts of an item must be returned for exchange.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.
4.2. Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods. Items without a seal that have been tried on in addition to what is described above are considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
4.3. Refund of the purchase amount and return of the item
If you regret your purchase and meet the criteria above, you will of course get the amount you paid us back, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
- If you have purchased several items in one order and regret only part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
- If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be refunded the difference.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When returning the purchased item in case of regret, you must pay the costs yourself. We will refund your payment without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

4.4. What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
5. Right of complaint
The Purchases Act’s defect rules apply to purchases of goods, and the Consumer Purchases Act applies if you are a consumer. You have a claim that the goods must be in accordance with the contract. You have more rights under these laws if the item is defective or delivery is delayed.
When you shop at haloderma.dk, you of course have a 24-month right to complain if there are any defects in your product. This means that you can basically get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
5.1. How do I file a complaint?
If you wish to file a complaint on a product, you must contact us at contact@haloderma.dk. Please send us a picture of the product together with the description of the error. If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label so that you can return the product at no cost to you.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

5.2. We need the following information when you send the item to us
When returning the item, please state the problem in as much detail as possible.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.
6. Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop at haloderma.dk, we need the following information about you:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Delivery requests
- Payment method
- Information about the IP address from which the purchase is made
- Information about what you have purchased and possibly returned
- Any information about inquiries and complaints
- Any information from the verification check
We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you, and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. Our legal basis is our agreement with you regarding the purchase of our products and the data protection regulation, Article 6, subsection 1, letter b.
The purpose of our processing of your information for verification checks is to reduce the risk of fraud and fraud with stolen payment cards. Our authority to process your information for verification checks is our legitimate interest in preventing fraud against Haloderma’s property and the data protection regulation’s article 6, subsection 1, letter f.

7. Access to complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at contact@haloderma.dk.
If we do not manage to find a solution together, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, e-mail: nh@naevneneshus.dk.

The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. 8. Disclaimer
Haloderma reserves the right for any fee changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
